Food is excellent. We have the mild spicy seafood soup noodle and the beef with rice. The Jasper beer is good too. Good food with sunset.
Our waitress Christina was incredible! She was thorough and kind explaining the menu and ascertaining our tastes and spice level. I have a substantial allergy to mushrooms and she was very helpful with ingredients and how to order what we wanted without the necessity of an ER visit! A special meal in a fabulous restaurant in a beautiful place!! Two thumbs up to this place and Christina. We will be back even though we are 600 kilometres from home!! EXCELLENT!
Food was delicious and fairly priced! There's parking outside and plenty of seating. Our waitress was so nice and gave us great recommendations. Another waiter came and offered to make my food spicy for me! Great service.

Back at the Coast Hinton Hotel, where we stayed for two nights after returning from hiking and a long drive, we were exhausted, tired, and super hungry. We didn't want any more burgers or pizzas. When we entered the lobby, we discovered there was a Korean restaurant. The restaurant felt very cozy, tidy, and well-organized, with nicely selected items like quality tables and chairs. There were cute, small plant pots on the tables, things like that. The servers were very friendly and welcoming. We had some spicy tofu soup and grilled pork. It was the best meal we had during our trip. We were very impressed by the quality ingredients, great flavor, and very generous portions. Our first thought when ordering was that the meal was a little bit pricey, but that idea quickly changed once our food was served. We even drove back to this restaurant on our last day in Hinton to have another meal there.
We had our intimate wedding ceremony at Kimchi House Restaurant, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the very beginning, coordinating with Ms. Joy was smooth and easy—she was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was well arranged for our special day. A huge thanks to Harie, who did a beautiful job with the decorations, creating a warm and lovely atmosphere that made our celebration even more special. Ronel and the rest of the staff were fantastic, providing exceptional service and making sure we and our guests felt welcomed and taken care of. Of course, the food was outstanding! Every dish was flavorful, authentic, and perfectly prepared—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we’re so grateful to Kimchi House for making our wedding celebration so memorable.
